- AtDoorStep Robocall Mitigation Program AtDoorStep is a cloud voice service provider currently serving fewer than 50,000 voice service subscriber lines, including individuals, businesses, and call centers. Our Robocall Mitigation Program is designed to proactively detect, prevent, and respond to unlawful robocalling activity. The key components of our program include: Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance We collect and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) information for all clients before activating services. This helps ensure that only legitimate users access our platform. Active Call Monitoring and Traffic Controls All call traffic is actively monitored in real-time. Our system issues alerts and enforces channel limitations to prevent excessive or suspicious call volumes. If an account consistently generates low Average Call Duration (ACD)—a common indicator of robocalling—it is immediately flagged for review and possible suspension. Real-Time Call Transcription and Analysis We deploy Class 4 call-level real-time transcription analysis to detect robocall campaigns and other fraudulent behaviors without recording actual audio, thereby preserving user privacy and compliance with data protection regulations. If a customer is flagged through this analysis, further service continuation will require their explicit consent for audio recording and advanced fraud detection. Traceback Compliance and Cooperation AtDoorStep is fully committed to cooperating with the FCC, law enforcement agencies, and the Industry Traceback Group (ITG). We guarantee a complete response to all traceback requests within 24 hours and actively assist in the investigation of any suspicious or illegal activity originating from our network.
