There is no rule that exempts the filer from compliance. The filer has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework on its originating calls. GetHuman originates its calls through a third-party provider, Bandwidth. GetHuman is in the process of obtaining a STIR/SHAKEN certificate, which will then be provided to Bandwidth. Bandwidth will be responsible for signing GetHuman's originating calls using this certificate. As of the date of this filing, STIR/SHAKEN has not yet been implemented for GetHuman's originated traffic. Once the STIR/SHAKEN certificate is obtained and Bandwidth begins signing our calls, GetHuman will update this filing to reflect the complete implementation of STIR/SHAKEN.
