We are an end-user business making outbound calls for our own purposes (e.g., sales, customer service) via Telnyx, a VoIP provider. We do not provide voice services to end users, resell telephony, or interconnect with the PSTN. Telnyx, our provider, handles call origination and FCC compliance. Thus, we are not subject to these rules.
