- Our company is exempt from STIR/SHAKEN implementation under 47 CFR § 64.6302(d). We operate an IVR platform that facilitates voice calls initiated by pharmacies, forwarding them to Telnyx and Twilio for delivery to patients. We do not control the network infrastructure (e.g., PSTN gateways or SIP trunks) necessary to authenticate calls, as this is managed by our carriers, Telnyx and Twilio, who implement STIR/SHAKEN on their networks. Additionally, we do not have direct access to numbering resources; the U.S. phone numbers used are assigned to pharmacies and provisioned through our carriers, not directly allocated to us by NANPA or similar authorities. As a result, we cannot obtain a STIR/SHAKEN certification. We have submitted a Docket 17-97 for confidentiality with confirmation number 20250317305393790
