- Our company does not directly originate or terminate calls to the U.S. or Canada. All U.S.-bound traffic is exclusively routed through DIDWW Ltd, a wholesale provider responsible for STIR/SHAKEN compliance. As a Foreign Voice Service Provider without direct access to the U.S. PSTN, we are not required to implement STIR/SHAKEN ourselves, in accordance with FCC rule 47 CFR § 64.6304(d). However, we uphold strict customer verification policies and adhere to industry best practices to prevent illegal robocalling and fraudulent activities. Furthermore, our company generates only a minimal volume of calls to the U.S. and Canada—typically just a few calls per month—significantly reducing any potential risks associated with robocalling or spoofing.
