- Our company does not directly originate or terminate calls to the U.S. or Canada. All U.S.-bound traffic is routed exclusively through Localphone Ltd, a wholesale provider that is responsible for STIR/SHAKEN compliance. As a Foreign Voice Service Provider without direct access to the U.S. PSTN, we are not required to implement STIR/SHAKEN ourselves, as per FCC rule 47 CFR § 64.6304(d). We maintain strict customer verification policies and comply with all industry best practices to prevent illegal robocalling and fraudulent activities. Additionally, our company only generates a very low volume of calls to the U.S. and Canada, with only a few calls per month, further reducing any potential risk associated with robocalling or spoofing.
