Exemption rules
We do not operate our own facilities-based network for originating calls. Instead, we rely entirely on a third-party provider, Telnyx, to manage all call origination and routing. Telnyx is a facilities-based carrier that has fully implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework. Because we do not have direct control over the physical infrastructure or IP-based call origination network, and Telnyx manages the authentication and compliance for all calls originated on our behalf, we fall under the exemption provided in 47 CFR § 64.6302(b).
