Our company, Spice New Media Ltd, is exempt from direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation on our network under 47 CFR § 64.6304 because we are a non-U.S. voice service provider based in the United Kingdom. While we do not implement STIR/SHAKEN on our own network, we ensure that all calls we originate are routed through third-party wholesalers, some of whom are also based in the UK, who fully implement STIR/SHAKEN. Although we do not directly implement STIR/SHAKEN, we are committed to mitigating robocall activity through a comprehensive robocall mitigation program. This includes customer vetting, traffic monitoring, and full cooperation with traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium. We ensure that all originating calls are compliant with applicable robocall mitigation regulations, consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a)
