Exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304(c): IT VOIP SOLUTIONS operates on an IP-based network and is currently in the process of developing and implementing the capabilities required to comply with the STIR/SHAKEN framework. However, due to technical and resource limitations, full implementation is not yet feasible. As an alternative, we have established a robust robocall mitigation program that includes: Real-time monitoring of call traffic to detect and prevent illegal robocalls. Responding to all traceback requests within 24 hours. Implementing strict "Know Your Customer (KYC)" procedures to prevent the origination of illegal traffic. We are committed to achieving STIR/SHAKEN compliance as soon as the current limitations are resolved and the required capabilities are fully implemented.
