As a small cloud PBX provider serving business customers, our total subscriber count falls well below this threshold. According to the Second Caller ID Authentication Report and Order (FCC 21-122), small providers like ours have been granted an extension until June 30, 2024 to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Additionally, as a provider operating primarily outside the United States, we face technical and operational challenges in fully implementing STIR/SHAKEN immediately. However, we are actively developing a comprehensive robocall mitigation program and are committed to implementing necessary measures to prevent illegal robocalls, as detailed in our mitigation program description.
