Exemption rules
Hospitality WiFi International qualifies for the small voice service provider exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304, as it has fewer than 100,000 voice subscribers and does not operate as a facilities-based originating carrier. The company does not directly implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication on its own network. All outbound call traffic is originated through upstream SIP providers who are responsible for STIR/SHAKEN authentication where applicable. Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), Hospitality WiFi International maintains and enforces a robocall mitigation program designed to prevent the origination of illegal robocalls. This program includes: • Restricted administrative access to PBX systems • VPN-only access to management interfaces • Strong credential management for extensions and devices • Automated intrusion detection and blocking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized SIP registration attempts and brute-force activity • Anonymous SIP disabled • Defined outbound routing policies with country-level dialing controls • Monitoring and alerting on outbound calls to unapproved international destinations • Active monitoring of inbound and outbound call activity • Immediate investigation and remediation of suspicious traffic • Coordination and cooperation with upstream SIP providers Hospitality WiFi International commits to respond fully within 24 hours to all traceback requests from the Federal Communications Commission, law enforcement agencies, and the industry traceback consortium, and to cooperate with such entities in investigating and stopping any illegal robocallers that may use its service to originate calls. The company does not provide automated robocall services and does not facilitate third-party call origination.
