Charleston Telecom, LLC. Inc. does not own or operate any network infrastructure; all call origination and STIR/SHAKEN authentication is performed by SkySwitch using SkySwitch's own SPC token and digital certificate. All of Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC Inc. upstream providers have filings in the Robocall Mitigation Database, have implemented STIR/SHAKEN, and maintain robocall mitigation programs.
