- We are exempt from full STIR/SHAKEN compliance under 47 CFR § 64.6304, as the majority of our traffic operates through regions such as Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Guyana and Honduras, where STIR/SHAKEN implementation is not legally required or technically feasible. These regions lack the regulatory mandate or necessary infrastructure for full compliance. While we do route calls through U.S. points (e.g., Miami, NYC), those calls are covered by a robust robocall mitigation program. We actively monitor and prevent illegal traffic through compliance with 47 CFR § 64.6305(c) and respond promptly to traceback requests. At this time, full STIR/SHAKEN implementation on our entire network is not feasible due to these technical and regional constraints. We are committed to future compliance as regulations evolve and technical challenges are addressed.
