We are a new voice service provider that will be obtaining numbers from a third-party carrier (presumably Bandwidth) and will be operating an IP-based network. At this time, we have not yet implemented STIR/SHAKEN but are in the process of obtaining an STI certificate and deploying the necessary infrastructure. As we are still in the setup phase, we are temporarily not compliant but plan to fully implement STIR/SHAKEN across our network once operational."
