- CLINQ Global Services certifies that all calls it originates are subject to a robocall mitigation program, which includes taking reasonable steps to prevent the origination of illegal robocalls over its network. CLINQ Global Services employs a comprehensive system for monitoring and detecting call patterns and takes appropriate actions to mitigate such traffic. Furthermore, CLINQ Global Services commits to responding fully and within 24 hours to all traceback requests from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium. CLINQ Global Services also pledges to cooperate fully with these entities in investigating and stopping any illegal robocallers using its service to originate calls. CLINQ Global Services has not implemented the STIR/SHAKEN framework, as it is not a regulatory requirement in Germany, and our current technology does not support its implementation. However, we remain committed to all other measures to prevent illegal robocalls and to comply with all applicable regulations.
