Exemption rules: To be used for our customers to be able to receive requests for information and services from their customers. Our customers use our service to be able to allow their customers to be able to use the same number as they receive phone calls on to support SMS, and to be able to ask questions such as what is your address, what time is check in, is there parking nearby, does the hotel have a restaurant, etc. In addition would allow guests after checking in to make service requests such as asking for housekeeping, more towels, etc. All services requests are initiated by the recipient, and the recipient can also choose to Opt out and stop receiving messages at any time. The campaign is also not used for collecting TNs. Embedded phone numbers and/or links will not be included. Our customers hotels, serviced apartments etc. provide the service and request option from their guests upon check in. Guests will opt in at that time, and we will be notified through PMS. Each initial welcome message to a guest or caller requesting explains that they can send STOP to automatically disable any additional SMS messages. All other messages would be initiated by a guest or customer.
