- Exemption Rule: Under 47 CFR § 64.6304(a), small voice service providers with 100,000 or fewer voice service subscriber lines, aggregated across all affiliates, are exempt from immediate compliance with STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirements and have an extended deadline until June 30, 2023. Explanation: Our organization qualifies as a small voice service provider under this rule. We currently serve less than 10 voice service subscriber lines, which is well below the 100,000 line threshold. This exemption is applicable to us because it allows small providers additional time to implement STIR/SHAKEN. We are actively working towards full compliance and are on track to meet the extended deadline. Our focus remains on providing reliable service to our customers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
