As part of our commitment to compliance, we have implemented rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to ensure the verification and authenticity of our customers. This is a proactive step on our part to maintain the highest standards of due diligence. Furthermore, we have taken measures to ensure that all calls sent to our vendors are Signed calls, providing an additional layer of security and trust in our communications. We have also initiated the application process for STIR/SHAKEN protocols and are currently awaiting a response. In the interim, we are applying for partial STIR/SHAKEN compliance to bridge the gap and continue our adherence to best practices.
