- We qualify for the exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304(f), which allows providers that have not fully implemented STIR/SHAKEN to continue providing voice service if they implement a robocall mitigation program. Our PBX is not a public-facing network element and does not originate large-scale traffic. All calls are generated manually by end users, and our Robocall Mitigation Plan (attached) ensures that no illegal robocall traffic is originated. Because of our network design and small call volume, we have not implemented STIR/SHAKEN directly and therefore file under “No STIR/SHAKEN Implementation.”
