IRIS does not have a switching platform for STIR/SHAKEN; we resell the services of Momentum Networks. In our mitigation writing, we do a reasonable amount of screening for end-users associated with this type of activity.; The primary exemption comes from paragraphs 19 and 20 of FCC 23-18 SIXTH REPORT AND ORDER AND FURTHER NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING; We are currently a TDM tandem with DS1 interfaces to our sub-tending members and therefore carrying traffic on non-IP network (para 19). When IRIS starts its process of migrating away from DS1s to SIP trunking, our plan is for those carriers being provided SIP to positively state STIR/SHAKEN is a part of their call process (para 20).
