As a VoIP reseller, Callicity LLC does not operate its own telecommunications network and relies on our upstream SIP trunk providers; PayG LLC, Telnyx, LLC and Twilio, Inc.; to handle STIR/SHAKEN implementation and compliance. Callicity is fully compliant with STIR/SHAKEN requirements as mandated by the FCC. Since we do not directly carry pro process calls independently of our upstream SIP trunk providers, we are exempt from direct implementation of the STIR/SHAKEN framework.
