TELEPATH Communications, Inc. is a reseller of voice services provided by SkySwitch (PayG LLC, RMD Filing No. RMD0002940) and is unable to implement the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework due to a lack of control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN, pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(2)(i). TELEPATH does not own or operate any network infrastructure; all call origination and STIR/SHAKEN authentication is performed by SkySwitch using SkySwitch's own SPC token and digital certificate. All of TELEPATH's upstream providers have filings in the Robocall Mitigation Database, have implemented STIR/SHAKEN, and maintain robocall mitigation programs.
