This information is included in our attached RMP. Briefly, 47 CFR 64.6304(d) provides an exemption for our non-IP network. Per the First Caller ID Authentication Report and Order and Further Notice, 35 FCC Rcd at 3260, para. 40 which states(“[W]e clarify that the rules we adopt today do not apply to providers that lack control of the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN.”), FPB is exempt from the caller ID authentication requirements because FPB lacks control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Frankfort Plant Board does not have any ownership in the voice platform or network infrastructure used to serve its customers. Frankfort Plant Board relies upon its contracted provider (Big River) for STIR-SHAKEN compliance and Robocall Analytics.; This information is included in our attached RMP. Briefly, 47 CFR 64.6304(d) provides an exemption for our non-IP network portion.
