- We have not implemented the STIR/SHAKEN call authentication framework on our network due to the specific nature of our telecommunications infrastructure, which is not compatible with the requirements for STIR/SHAKEN. Our system operates on legacy technology that requires significant upgrades to support the protocol. We are, however, actively engaged in a comprehensive robocall mitigation program to monitor, identify, and manage any suspect traffic and to comply fully with the FCC's requirements in this area. We have procedures in place to respond promptly to traceback requests and to collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry partners to address and prevent illegal robocall activities.
