- We have the capabilities and can turn STIR/SHAKEN on for one portion of our business connecting to Bandwidth, if needed. Bandwidth told us it is not required, they are taking care of that. We are in the process of obtaining an OCN and a certificate to sign calls for the Bandwidth connected customers, to have the ability to sign calls. There is a very limited amount of customers and traffic on this platform, as it is currently in development for the FCC regulations. With the coreDial portion of our business only core dial can control that. coreDial is where the majority of the clients are connected to.

- We talked to our carriers coreDial and Bandwidth and were told they take care of the obligations for STIR/SHAKEN, and we don’t need to do anything. With that we assumed we are compliant. Also, we had changes in the organization and may have missed communication from the FCC due to contact information changes.
