- BP MOBILE LLC does not provide the network infrastructure associated with its applications; instead, it relies on a partner to serve as the Voice Service Carrier. Therefore, it currently does not have an obligation to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Instead, it relies on its partners to leverage STIR/SHAKEN protocols to authenticate Voice traffic on applications. However, BpMobile is responsible for end-user identification and providing all necessary information to trace a call to the upstream provider. As outlined in the Robocall Mitigation Plan, BpMobile implements measures to prevent call spoofing and spam. Additionally, BP MOBILE LLC pledges to promptly respond to any traceback requests.; BP MOBILE LLC does not provide the network infrastructure associated with its applications; instead, it relies on a partner to serve as the Voice Service Carrier. Therefore, it currently does not have an obligation to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Instead, it relies on its partners to leverage STIR/SHAKEN protocols to authenticate Voice traffic on applications. Additionally, BP MOBILE LLC pledges to respond fully and within 24 hours to all traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium, and to cooperate with such entities in investigating and stopping any illegal robocallers that use its service to carry or process calls.
