We are not exempt from compliance on a general basis. We are not a phone company. We do not have phone switches in which to install STIR/SHAKEN software. We do not receive inbound call traffic. We are a marketing company. We only dial out and make phone calls on behalf of our clients Telemarketing campaign. All outbound calls are initiated here by us, inline with all regulations and protocols. Clients provide us their calling list, and then we start making calls. We follow all STIR/SHAKEN procedures relating to, CALL DISPLAY regulations, DATA SCRUBBING, KYC. No outside party has access to our network for dialing out phone calls except us. No outside party can access or control our dialing platform. All campaigns are reviewed manually for compliance by our internal compliance staff. Further details are found in our uploaded document.
