- Mobility Tech USA LLC was subject to an enforcement action by the FCC Enforcement Bureau concerning its Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification. The Company was named in Order DA 24-1235, released December 10, 2024, which directed it to cure deficiencies in its RMD filing. Because the deficiencies were not timely cured, the FCC issued Order DA 25-737, released August 25, 2025, removing the Company's RMD certification. Mobility Tech USA subsequently corrected its filing, and on April 30, 2026, the FCC Enforcement Bureau granted the Company full reinstatement. Its RMD certification is currently active. Mobility Tech USA has also implemented enhanced internal controls to keep its filing accurate and current.
