- DeansList signs all calls with STIR/SHAKEN attestation where either a) the call is sent via a number rented to us via our upstream provider or b) our client is able to electronically verify they own the number provided. DeansList is a small voice provider and some calls may not be authenticated when, per 64.6304(b), there is a technical limitation to obtaining an SPC token. In these cases, originating numbers are verified to belong to a school by ensuring they are published on the school's web site and/or an official state or school district publication. DeansList is actively working with both our clients and our upstream provider to mitigate these technical issues.
