- According to the Robocall Mitigation Program under 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), although 200 ENGINEERING have fully implemented STIR/SHAKEN in our IP network, We have a TDM network where calls cannot be signed. However, these unsigned calls on the TDM network are still subject to our own Robocall Mitigation Program. This means that even though STIR/SHAKEN does not apply in our TDM network, We are legally obligated to take other effective measures to protect consumers from illegal calls on that network, such as traffic analysis, preventive blocking, sender identity verification, etc. 200 ENGINEERING comply with these regulatory obligations even when call signing technology is not available.
