Description
CITAMED LLC was subject to an FCC Enforcement Bureau action, specifically the Robocall Mitigation Database Removal Order (DA 25-737), released on August 25, 2025. The action stemmed from filing deficiencies, namely failure to update our Robocall Mitigation Database certification by the February 26, 2024 deadline. This removal was administrative only, with no findings of illegal robocall activity. On August 29, 2025, the Company was provisionally reinstated in the Robocall Mitigation Database pending final review. The matter is currently under Commission staff review
