- We are in the process of obtaining our SPC token and STIR/SHAKEN certificate and will be implementing full caller ID authentication using a hosted signing service (Anveo Direct). We expect implementation to be complete by July 31, 2025. In the interim, we maintain a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 C.F.R. § 64.6305(a), which includes: – Full cooperation with traceback requests within 24 hours – Use of upstream carrier analytics to monitor and prevent illegal robocalls – Acceptable use controls for customers to prevent misuse of outbound caller ID All calls will be signed using our own certificate in accordance with the FCC’s Eighth Report and Order (FCC 24‑120).
