We were advised by our upstream provider to make this election. We are exempt from the Voice Service Provider STIR/SHAKEN obligation as we do not possess the necessary infrastructure to implement STIR/SHAKEN protocols. Our operations rely entirely on our upstream provider that handles all call signaling and authentication, and we do not have the capability or requirement to perform STIR/SHAKEN signing ourselves. Given our limited technical capacity and lack of direct involvement in call origination at the network level, we are not in a position to support or deploy STIR/SHAKEN solutions internally.
