Prior investigations / actions

Description
Our company was subject to a regulatory action by the Enforcement Bureau (Bureau) of the Federal Communications Commission (Commission or FCC). This investigation commenced following the February 26, 2024 effective date of amended rules for the Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD). The Bureau’s summary of findings concluded that our RMD certification was deficient. Specifically, the investigation found that: - A robocall mitigation plan was not provided, or the existing plan lacked specific information required to be submitted by February 26, 2024. - The certification lacked other mandatory information required by the same deadline, including updated STIR/SHAKEN implementation status and commitments regarding traceback requests. - The company failed to cure these deficiencies or provide a sufficient explanation within the window provided by the Bureau’s December 10, 2024, Show Cause Order. A final determination was issued on this matter, and we are currently operating under a provisional reinstatement. The Enforcement Bureau issued a formal Order on August 25, 2025 (DA 25-737), which resulted in the immediate removal of our certification from the Robocall Mitigation Database and our call traffic was subject to mandatory blocking by upstream carriers. Following the final Order, we took corrective measures to rectify all compliance deficiencies, including submitting a complete Robocall Mitigation Plan and updating all company profile information. Following these actions, our company was provisionally reinstated to the RMD on August 29, 2025. We are actively working to satisfy all conditions for permanent reinstatement with the Robocall Mitigation Enforcement Bureau.
