- In accordance with the FCC’s limited waiver of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent Revocation Rule (47 C.F.R. 64.1200(a)(10)) and more recently 3rd Party reseller clarifications made in WC Docket No. 17-97; FCC 24-120; FR ID 304848 we have determined that we do not maintain full operational control over the VoIP infrastructure utilized in our broadband network. The voice service is delivered via an over-the-top (OTT) application provided by LogicomUSA, which inherently limits our ability to directly manage or implement consent revocation mechanisms across the entire communication platform.
