- Our company is an IT service provider and provides PBX systems and support services for clients. Historically, we also originated calls for some clients through Vitelity and VoIP Innovations. The majority of our clients have already been migrated to Twilio, a registered carrier responsible for STIR/SHAKEN implementation and compliance. We are in the process of moving the remaining small number of clients directly to Twilio in the near future. Our role is primarily limited to providing and supporting PBX phone systems. Once the migration is complete, we will no longer originate calls on the public switched telephone network. Consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), we maintain a robocall mitigation program to take reasonable steps to prevent the origination of illegal robocalls and commit to responding fully within 24 hours to any traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, or the industry traceback consortium.
