Description
On December 10, 2024, the agency Federal Communications Commission’s Enforcement Bureau, Telecommunications Consumers Division, initiated an enforcement action in In the Matter of 2,411 Robocall Mitigation Database Filers (EB-TCD-24-00036891). JLink was listed in Appendix A of this action as having a “deficient” Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification due to incomplete information in its certification and mitigation plan. As a result of the action, JLink’s RMD certification was temporarily removed. JLink fully cured the deficiency and was reinstated in the RMD. The matter is now fully resolved, and no further action or investigation is required with respect to JLink.
