- Wired or Wireless is a VOIP reseller and SkySwitch is our provider. We resell in the states of Washington and Idaho and do no international calling for resale. Because we are a small company, we save money by filing our 499 reports in house, but we don't do any of the VOIP networking in house. We've spoken with SkySwitch who we get our service for resale through and they've implemented everything necessary to company with the robocall mitigation compliance.
