Description
ISUNET was subject to a formal FCC action involving the Wireline Competition Bureau and Enforcement Bureau regarding deficiencies in its RMD certification and robocall mitigation plan. The specific removal order in which ISUNET was named was DA 25-737, released August 25, 2025. ISUNET’s filing was provisionally reinstated on September 5, 2025, and Commission staff notified ISUNET by email on July 13, 2026 that its status had been converted from provisional reinstatement to full reinstatement.
