- Pursuant to the requirements outlined in 47 CFR § 64.6305(a) and the obligations associated with Option 3 of the Robocall Mitigation Database certification, we hereby confirm the following: 1. Robocall Mitigation Program Implementation: All calls originating on our network are subject to a comprehensive robocall mitigation program. Our program is designed to actively monitor, detect, and prevent the origination of illegal robocall traffic in accordance with federal regulations. This includes: • Deployment of analytics and monitoring systems to identify and filter suspicious call patterns. • Implementing stringent vetting procedures for new customers and traffic sources to reduce the risk of illegal robocall activity. • Periodic review and audits of existing traffic to ensure compliance. 2. Traceback Cooperation: We are fully committed to responding to all traceback requests from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), law enforcement agencies, and the industry traceback consortium within 24 hours. Our team has established internal protocols to facilitate rapid identification and cessation of any illegal robocall activity upon notification or detection. 3. Ongoing Compliance and Certification: We certify that: • Our prior certification remains active and has not been removed by Commission action. • We have not been prohibited from filing in the Robocall Mitigation Database by the Commission. • Our network has not implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework at this time, and our focus remains on maintaining the integrity of our robocall mitigation program as an alternative to the STIR/SHAKEN framework. 4. Provider Compliance: In addition to our internal measures, our upstream provider is also fully compliant with the requirements of the Robocall Mitigation Database certification. They have implemented industry-standard practices to ensure that all traffic routed through their network adheres to federal guidelines for robocall mitigation. Their compliance further strengthens the integrity and security of the calls originating from our network. Should you require further documentation regarding our robocall mitigation practices or wish to discuss any aspect of our program in more detail, please feel free to contact us directly. We remain committed to contributing to the collective effort of reducing illegal robocall traffic.
