HardConnect Communications is a small business IT and communications provider operating out of the greater Bay Area since 1995. HardConnect customers are obtained using traditional sales methods and we do not offer an automated sign up option for SIP or calling services. Customer accounts are manually configured and we do not accept or support call centers, spam solicitors, or similar telemarketing customers. Hardconnect installs and manages PBX instances and extensions on behalf of each customer and maintains a database of DID’s and associated caller ID configurations associated with each customer account. Call patterns are monitored for suspicious activity in the event of intrusion and software and endpoints are kept up to date to prevent exploits. We do not support auto-dialing software, modules, or similar practices.
