All outbound calls are routed through an upstream carrier that performs STIR/SHAKEN authentication and signs calls with its own credentials. Because AUM LLC lacks the technical control needed to deploy STIR/SHAKEN, it qualifies for the exemption. AUM LLC has filed a Robocall Mitigation Plan detailing its customer vetting, ongoing monitoring, and traceback cooperation measures to prevent unlawful traffic.
