Description
On August 27, 2025 Groove Technology Solutions was removed from the Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD), FCC Order (DA 25-737) because Groove had not updated its RMD filing in a timely manner. Groove traced the issue to outdated contact information from a former employee, and we deeply regret any inconvenience or concerns this may have caused. Groove has updated its information to ensure these types of notifications do not get missed in the future. Groove was able to resubmit the corrected filing within 48 hours.
