Prior investigations / actions

Description
On August 6, 2025 we were advised by our underlying carrier that the FCC had removed us from the RMD database for non-compliance. We corrected the issue by updating our filing with the correct Robocall Mitigation Plan. On August 25, 2025 we were advised by the FCC that there were errors in our RMD filing of the STIR/SHAKEN certifications. Our filing was then revised, but we received notification in September 2025 that there were still errors in both areas. After researching and amending our Mitigation Plan, we then resubmitted. We were then notified in January of 2026 that we had left out some details of FCC notifications of our RMD filing. We have updated the filing of all notes we have on communications with the FCC regarding the proper notices.
