Description
LCB Solutions Corp was subject to regulatory action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Enforcement Bureau regarding its Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filing. Agency Involved: FCC Enforcement Bureau Action Commenced: August 6, 2025 Description of Action: On this date, the Company’s RMD filing was removed from the FCC Database for failure to update the LCB Solutions Corp RMD plan does not provide a sufficiently detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) plan, such as failing to indicate whether the Company uses a third-party vendor for analytics and identifying that vendor. Provisional Reinstatement: The Enforcement Bureau provisionally reinstated the Company’s RMD filing on August 29, 2025, with the express notice that Commission staff may contact the Company to make additional changes. The Bureau also identified specific deficiencies that must be corrected: - The Company did not describe the action or investigation it was subject to, including agencies involved, commencement date, status, findings, and determinations. - The Company’s RMD plan did not provide a sufficiently detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) plan, such as whether the Company uses a third-party vendor for analytics and identifying that vendor. Compliance Timeline: The Bureau required that these deficiencies be addressed within 14 days of notice (by September 29, 2025), warning that failure to comply may result in removal from the RMD again, and that removal could also occur if evidence arises that the Company is the origination source of robocall traffic. Company Response: On September 18, 2025, LCB Solutions Corp commenced an internal investigation to identify the cause of the compliance lapse. The investigation found deficiencies in process control and email delivery systems that prevented timely updates and notice handling. Corrective measures included the implementation of additional oversight processes and the repair of internal email delivery systems, effective immediately. Reinstatement Status: Following corrective action, the Company’s filing was provisionally reinstated on August 29, 2025. On September 18, 2025, the FCC Enforcement Bureau issued a follow-up request requiring updated information, including a detailed KYC plan and a description of the action/investigation. These updates, along with other corrections, were fully implemented and submitted on September 18, 2025. Summary of Findings: The investigation confirmed that the compliance lapse resulted from internal process and communication failures rather than intentional misconduct. Final Determinations: No findings of wrongdoing were issued by the FCC. The Company remains in good standing with the RMD following reinstatement and corrective action.
