- Description
- (1) Paragon Technology Inc., was the subject of formal action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Wireline Competition Bureau, relating to its Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification and mitigation program description. (2) The Company’s RMD filing (RMD0009018) was removed from the Robocall Mitigation Database pursuant to DA 25-737 FCC orders issued on August 25, 2025. (3) The current status is that the Company is addressing the identified deficiencies and is in the process of updating and resubmitting its RMD filing to ensure full compliance with applicable FCC rules. (4) The action was initiated by the FCC in connection with deficiencies identified in the Company’s RMD certification and mitigation program description. Filing inadequacies were as follows; a. Improper classification of Voice Service Providers Role in the Call Chain. b. Improper certification of STIR/SHAKEN Implementation. c. Failure to disclose prior Commission actions upon revisions of RMD filing. d. Failure to provide a sufficient Robocall Mitigation Plan in accordance with FCC requirements. (5) No final adjudication or enforcement action beyond removal from the RMD has been issued.
