Prior investigations / actions

Description
Litecom L.L.C. falls under the oversight of the FCC to ensure that we, and our customers do not generate robocalls. Litecom has never been subject to an investigation in which we were accused of originating robocalls. Litecom has never allowed robocalls to be originated from our systems, nor do our customers have control over their voice services. However, Litecom was subject to an action where we failed to recertify in 2025 due to filing confusion, and were included on the order DA-25-737A1 on August 25th, 2025 for our carrier to shut off our services. After this order, Litecom promptly contacted the FCC for instruction, and we have been working with them to get the action resolved. The current status of the action is that it has been reversed, and we are now back in the RMD database as we continue work to bring our filing up to the standards that are being asked. We have not been found of any wrongdoings because we are not under investigation. There are no final determinations because we are actively working with the FCC to update the filing.
