- 1. Law enforcement or regulatory agencies involved: Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Enforcement Bureau, in conjunction with the FCC Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB). 2. Date action commenced: The FCC Wireline Competition Bureau notified the Company on March 29, 2024 that its RMD certification was noncompliant. A Show Cause Order was issued by the Enforcement Bureau on December 10, 2024 (published in the Federal Register on December 17, 2024). A removal order was issued on August 6, 2025 (DA 25-694), and a second removal order was issued on August 25, 2025 (DA 25-737), under File No. EB-TCD-25-00038590. 3. Current status: The Company was provisionally reinstated to the Robocall Mitigation Database on September 8, 2025. The Company is actively remediating all identified deficiencies in its RMD filing pursuant to the Enforcement Bureau's direction. 4. Summary of findings: The Enforcement Bureau found that the Company's RMD certification was deficient because the Company failed to update its certification and robocall mitigation plan with information required by the February 26, 2024 deadline, including required plan elements under 47 CFR § 64.6305. 5. Final determinations: Two removal orders have been issued: DA 25-694 (August 6, 2025) and DA 25-737 (August 25, 2025). The Company was removed from the RMD as of August 25, 2025. No further final determinations have been issued. The Company's provisional reinstatement remains pending full compliance review.
