- The Company was subject to a formal enforcement action by the FCC Enforcement Bureau. This action officially commenced with the issuance of a Show Cause Order on December 10, 2024 (DA-24-1235), which identified deficiencies in our initial Robocall Mitigation Database certification. On August 25, 2025, the Bureau issued a Final Removal Order (DA 25-737), finding the filing deficient for failing to meet the Commission’s updated requirements. The internal review determined that these deficiencies resulted from outdated contact information for a former employee, which caused the Company to miss prior notifications. In response, the Company has updated its internal contact protocols and administrative oversight to ensure permanent compliance. As of September 2, 2025, the Company's filing has been provisionally reinstated, and this submission fully addresses all remaining identified deficiencies.
