- Tidepool Networks, LLC is a small retail hosted VoIP provider that does not perform STIR/SHAKEN authentication on its own network. All outbound calls are sent to its upstream carrier (Vitelity / Sinch), which handles call authentication and attestation. Tidepool does not hold a Service Provider Code (SPC) token and does not sign calls itself. Because the Company does not implement the STIR/SHAKEN framework on any portion of its network, it maintains and follows the robocall mitigation program described in the attached plan, consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305.
